Giveaway One Winner!

To celebrate my first blogiversary, I held a giveaway for two patterns from my library: House rules 20x30 applique wall hanging by Raggedy Stitches, and Majestic Pride by Sunset Silhouette Designs.

Congratulations Ashley! I have the patterns tucked into an envelope and will be posted today :)

2 wall hanging patterns ready for a loving home!

In other exciting news, it is one week from my posting day for the Fabri-Quilt Block Design hop. There are four days with over 60 quilters sharing their unique design tutorials for a 12 inch block using 6 fat eighths provided by Fabri-Quilt fabric company.

2015 Fabri-Quilt New Block Blog Hop

I have sketched many interesting ideas, but I've narrowed it to my two favourites to sew together today. Hopefully my final choice will be easier after seeing them in fabric ;)

The schedule is as follows:

Monday, August 31st
Host – Yvonne @Quilting Jetgirl

Tuesday, September 1st

Host – Cheryl @Meadow Mist Designs

Wednesday, September 2nd
Host – Stephanie @Late Night Quilter

Thursday, September 3rd - My day :)
Host – Terri Ann @Childlike Fascination

Try to find some time to check out everyone's blog and don't forget to enter the drawings for your own set of these fabrics!
